She told reporters this week that the document would reflect the Democrats' focus on health care, global warming, national security and the economy."
What does that mean for you, me, and the average American citizen? Where is any mention of their focus on the number one crisis facing Americans today... the spiraling costs of gasoline, diesel fuel, and natural gas? This, I assure you, is no accidental omission!
This June 06, 2008 article, posted in the Townhall News section entitled, Dems to push Obama's goals with bills in Congress AP News, and the quotes by Nancy Pelosi and the Democrat Congress should serve notice that there will be no action taken by them to ease the loss of American jobs to overseas interests. Nor will they do anything (such as increasing Domestic oil production or allowing offshore drilling) to stem our dependency on foreign oil or to ameliorate higher gas prices for the American people. Additionally, we can expect more of the same with respect to their treasonous rhetoric and traitorous undermining of American troops' efforts to secure and stabilize Iraq.
The article further goes on to state: "Still to be determined is whether Democrats are going to try to put Republicans on record on economic issues. Pelosi next week is planning to bring up a bill to extend unemployment benefits after new Labor Department statistics showed the biggest monthly jobless rate since 1986.
Democrats also are planning a new effort to revive the economy this fall, at the height of the campaign."
Why all this maneuvering? Why now?
The answer should be obvious. The best way to bolster their policies, help Obama, and grab the power they covet to implement their Socialist Agenda is to cripple the average (Middle class) citizen on all economic fronts. Their plan is to wreck the economy enough in the next 5 or 6 months that the American people will welcome the introducution of what amounts to a Socialist dictatorship by a Democrat Congress & Leftist Liberal Judiciary, with Hussein Obama as its figurehead.
Handcuffing the oil companies/to drive up prices.Raising and extending unemployment benefits/while forcing private industry to lay off workers. Putting the squeeze on the medical industry/while promising health care for all. Making overtures to Iran/while undermining the leaders of Iraq to ensure our defeat. These are the investments they will make to make us willingly accede to Obama's Socialist reforms. In crippling our Capitalist economy, they believe they will convince the average, and struggling, American of its inefficacy...
...Making us willing sheep, voting for our own slaughter.
